Meet Dean
Dean has experience building, scaling, and managing recruitment divisions for over a decade, connecting exceptional talent with global organisations, established SMEs, and growing entrepreneurial businesses. His accomplishments include developing and growing the Accountancy and Practice desks in the Canary Wharf, South London, and Croydon offices for one of the UK’s biggest recruitment agencies.
He founded Dean Carter in July 2020 during the global pandemic, naming the company after his pride and joy, his son Carter. Born and raised in South East London, Dean has a degree in Information Technology & Business Studies from the University of East London and had a successful career in Banking before joining the recruitment industry.
